An appetising aroma of freshly prepared food greets diners at this friendly, family-run restaurant. Overlooking open countryside, Bretts is housed in a barn style building with a charming country-cottage feel throughout.
As well as breakfast, lunch and excellent Party menus, Bretts Restaurant serves cream teas with lovely home-baked scones and a freshly baked array of cakes.
Sunday lunches are extremely popular and to ensure a table is available booking is advisable. There are three great locally sourced meats to choose from or why not try the trio of all three! Alternatively, guests can pick something delicious from the daily specials board.
John and his wife Staci have worked extremely hard over the last Six years to place Bretts on the food map. Local farms are John’s port of call for all meat and vegetables, plus a great selection of fresh fish, putting his own twist on traditional English dishes.
In the sunnier months enjoy your meal outside in the pretty alfresco dining area and soak up the calm, unhurried atmosphere promoted by the personal and pleasant staff.
